Heavily promoted as A New Themed Entertainment Visitor Attraction Based Upon the Life Times, Books and Characters of Charles Dickens,England's Most Famous and Enduring Author.
Unfortunately,this has to be one of the most disappointing attractions my family and I have ever experienced.No co-ordination,no follow through,no focus on those that are not 100% knowledgeable about the great man,technical problems etc etc.Such a disappointment.Why can there not be a focus on conveying a simple message and actually delivering?
